I recently worked for a start up company and when it came time to file taxes, irs told me they have no record of the company and no record of taxes for me.  The owner kept every one tax money and she is giving kick backs to the patients care givers. Who all works you contact in this type of situation.

This is well above Allnurses' pay grade. Here is the IRS's page on reporting tax fraud. You may also need to seek the advice of an attorney. We wish you well in working through this difficult issue.
