Any good websites for medical journals??? I have to do a Journal article report on the history of nursing! Thanks!

Have you tried the library resources at your school? They provide access to articles that you would otherwise have to pay for.
Yes my school does have them, I was just trying to find some online :)

The ones online only show abstracts and you have to pay for them; going through your school allows you to have FREE access to those journals.
My school's library was a part of the online school portal, so I could access the journals at home through CINAHL.
What LadyFree said- you can find journals online, but to access the full article instead of just an abstract you'll either have to pay or be a subscriber. I would rely on the free resources from the school (and if for some reason the school doesn't provide it, there's always interlibrary loans) instead of searching for abstracts that aren't going to provide much help.
