Medical City Intern 2017

Hey y'all!

I wanted to start a thread for those who have applied to medical city intern positions for 2017!

I applied for the women's internship and already did a video interview for them. The turnover was pretty quick! Now just waiting.

It was pretty easy they first asked what my top choice was between L&D and NICU and went from their based on which manager would ask you questions, they asked basic questions like why you want to be a nurse, how do you handle a difficult patient etc. you will do great!!! I don't know when las colinas is deciding I forgot to ask, but plano is deciding Friday.

how was the interview for Las Colinas? I have one next week for them for L&D... so idk how it will go if they are making decisions by Friday?

I just wanted to let everyone who is interviewing with plano nicu and L&D Thursday that it isn't set in stone we will know Friday. The recruiter (Dana) emailed me last night and she won't be in the office that afternoon so if they don't notify her early it won't be Friday

I just received a rejection letter for Plano L&D. Just wanted to update y'all to see if offers went for you guys! Good Luck!!!

PS: I never interviewed with them!

I was offered the NICU position with Las Colinas and Plano!!! I accepted Plano's offer and will be rejecting Las Colinas so hopefully y'all will get that spot and the other spots that are left at Plano!! :) good luck guys!!!!!
