I work at MCP and it is, by far, the friendliest hospital environment I have ever worked in. I love it!! Many of our staff members drive over an hour to get here - that says something!

How long have you worked the ER there? I had my role transition in the ER there in May. I liked MCP a lot, and my good friend works on the 4th floor now.

In the 90's I was a preceptor in the ICU. It was a ver positive experience. Now that nurse I precepted is an advanced nurse practitioner. Our paths have crossed again and it has only been for the better. She acknowledged my support and her growth with many thanks.MCP is a great placeto start!
