I just have an inquiry.

1. Can a newbie licens nurse with no past working experience can have a Med Sug Certificate ?

2. Is getting a 2,000 Practice Hourse for the past 3 years, a mandatory requirement for Med Surg Certification Application ?

Do you have to have the 2,000 hours, etc.. to apply? No, However, you do have to have it by the time you take the test.

You must meet eligibility requirements at the time of application. You will need to wait until you have met all 3 eligibility requirements of the exam to apply.

I do know you can't apply months and months in advance.

In all reality, you do have to have some experience under your belt to pass the exam. BTDT, so I know.
