So, I am a new LPN grad and got a phone call back from of my interviews..they said they want to go with someone more experienced..which I understand..the positon was charge nurse of a new rehab facility. But it got me thinking so I went on line to my BON just to make sure everthing was all set and I looked up my LNA..which I havent done sense 2006. It had my name 4 times..the first one said registry only. the second said active, the third said inactive..and the fourth said 'withdrawn" what the heck does that mean?? Is it because I now have my LPN?? or is this like a black mark on my record?? could someone square this away for me..i googled and couldnt find anything. Thanks!

Nurse Nikki, I personally would call your BON and speak with a live person. They don't bite and they can help you and explain what it all means. These are my thoughts use them as you wish..

Specializes in Med/Surg, Ortho, ASC.

Rather than Google, I think you should go to your BON website and search for those terms.

Specializes in Certified Med/Surg tele, and other stuff.

Have no clue. Contact your Bon. :)

Specializes in Hospital Education Coordinator.

no one will know the real answer except the BON, who, by the way, are people too
