MDC Nursing Fall 2017

Published

Hi everyone! I just wanted to start a thread for applicants of the nursing program at Miami Dade College for Fall term 2017. I'm currently working on my last prerequisites and will be finished this semester. I plan on taking the HESI A2 in January and applying for the Generic and Part time tracks.

I'm so nervous my scores aren't the best

What did you get?

I can't wait to start seeing those exciting post with the acceptance letters rolling in one by one.

This really is an exciting time period but it's also tense. Time seems to be going by slower than normal now lol. I hope I get accepted because MDC was the only program I applied to.

A&p 1-B

Lab- B

A&p 2- B

Lab-C

Chem-B

Lab-C

Micro-B

Hesi 72.86

Gpa 2.87

So I calculated 72.41

I hope I did it right. I honestly thought this posted a day ago lol.

Ditto!

Did you apply to the generic or bridge?

So Im really hoping to get into the fall term at Dade; seeing that it's the only program i applied to. Im looking at a 92.8% competative score. Any thoughts or advice??

I'm around the same boat boat. It's the only program I applied to with a cumulative score of 91%. Spoke to my advisor today and she told me I was nearly guaranteed to get accepted. Advisors aren't much of a reliable source, but it was very reassuring.

Yea advisors can be very misleading; nevertheless that made me feel better. Thanks for the reply. Good luck to both of us! You have to let me know if you get accepted! Kind of hoping to land a seat at the medical campus. Homestead is a little too far for me.
