Hi guys, I couldn’t find a thread for this semester so decided to start it since the deadline is pretty soon.

Has the orientation module on backbroad shown up for anyone? The orientation email said they would open today and be finished for Friday.

Is anyone's drug screening and background check been approved? I mean, mine say pending institution review since 10 days ago

No mine has been pending for 12 days too

I had my drug screening through LabCorp and was able to view the results through Complio. I called the customer service number for the background check results this morning. They sent the results through my email on file, so I didn’t have to drive to campus to pick it up

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not we had to be "fully compliant" by 11/6 (orientation day) or if it was okay to have the documents still under pending review? I read that some people are still waiting for their background check and drug screening to be approved on Complio. I just uploaded my last document today.

Also, does anyone know about the last 4 categories on Complio? The consent form, handbook, changes in clinical sites, and confidentiality statement. When do we have to turn that in by?

I believe it needs to be uploaded/in progress by the orientation date. Since can not speed up the process on Complio side and we have no way of knowing how long the “review” of documents takes within Complio nor that of the Institution, but I’m not 100% sure. For the last 4 categories you need to click the category and it will have PDF to read/sign. The documents are within the complio page under their respective categories (titles).

I uploaded the same whole document for each one. And it was accepted
