They have not done placement for Spring 2016 yet. Probably won't happen till the middle of fall semester. The number of spots vary from school to school and they also take in consideration on how many CEP students they take first.
You have higher chances of getting a spot if you are open to get placed at more that one maricopa college.
I had a time stamp of Dec 2014 I believe and just got offered a spot at Phoenix campus for Fall. I defered because I'm doing the CEP program and starting in spring at Glendale campus.
No one can really know if everyone that came before has been placed. But I don't think so I have two friends, one that has a time stamp of Jan 2015 and she hasn't had time stamps pulled and another that has one earlier than mine hasn't had hers pulled either.
I think a lot depends on what school(s) your are trying to go to. Some schools take more students in their cohorts than others. Then they place a certain number of CEP students before they start filling the rest of the spots with students just going through to get just the ADN.
I've got Glendale evening/weekend and PVCC day, only because those are the two that are closest to me. I'm not fussed about getting placed soon, as my focus is on the CEP program with NAU (or ASU if they'll have me.) However, I have been contemplating on putting more options down as I have no qualms about moving to be closer to my school, and work isn't an option as I float and my husband works in Midtown :)

Hi! I applied for the MCC nursing program and I'm awaiting my time stamp that should happen some time today. When I applied a few weeks ago, they told me I could get in as early as Spring 2016. I only applied for the MCC traditional morning session. Have they actually already placed some people for that program and there may be only a few spots available? I'm trying to figure how it all works. Thank you! :)
