Both my critical care and med/surg say application in review still. Fingers crossed they call for an interview! Good luck with your interviews! When are they scheduled for?

I had an interview for the mayo summer externship with the nursing director and I have to say the interview questions were harder than i thought. I did not get the position. However, it was a good experience to be interviewed. I'm hopeful they will give me another chance for the nurse residency. Congratulations to those who have already heard back from them!

It was in person. I was first asked to tell her about myself. Then followed by behavioral type of questions. I remember her asking me to tell her a time when I had a conflict with a colleague, how it was handled, and the result of the action i did. Tell her a time when i previously had evaluation from anybody. describe a situation in nursing where i went above and beyond. She did follow up questions too to give me the opportunity to explain more.

The woman that called me actually wasn't sure when I asked, but for some reason my application for Critical Care still says received, not in review. So I am not sure. Mine will be via webcam as I'll be in Connecticut at that time. Good luck to everyone!! :)

I had my interview last week, it lasted nearly an hour and was a combination of behavioral, situational, and clinical questions. They said they are interviewing through the first week in December so we won't hear back for a couple of weeks
