It was in person. I was first asked to tell her about myself. Then followed by behavioral type of questions. I remember her asking me to tell her a time when I had a conflict with a colleague, how it was handled, and the result of the action i did. Tell her a time when i previously had evaluation from anybody. describe a situation in nursing where i went above and beyond. She did follow up questions too to give me the opportunity to explain more.

I had an interview for the mayo summer externship with the nursing director and I have to say the interview questions were harder than i thought. I did not get the position. However, it was a good experience to be interviewed. I'm hopeful they will give me another chance for the nurse residency. Congratulations to those who have already heard back from them!

Anybody heard yet from Mayo Clinic Arizona for the Nurse Residency starting february 2015?
