Hey guys! I also applied, thanks for starting this thread! I am nervous to hear back. I have no experience with Mayo (clinical, externship, etc.) so I hope that doesn't affect me too much! Good luck to everyone, can't wait to hear who gets interviews/positions!

I had to call the banner recruiter because as soon as I applied within I was no longer being considered

So when you called them, did they just set up an interview and offer you the position right away? I have 2 applications pending still. Do you know what your start date would be?

I called told her what was going on and after she find out my interests did a phone interview and setup an in person interview. I have another job so I chose a late start date of April 30!

Hello everyone! Ever since I sent in my application for the nurse residency program in AZ, I cannot stop checking the status of my application. Has anyone heard any updates? Where is everyone hoping to place?

Mine still says received unfortunately. So does my friend's that also applied. I'm hoping to be placed in ICU but will gladly accept anything.

Mine still says received. I check everyday as well, this has been the longest 2 weeks! Hopefully we will be at step 2 on Monday!

Mine still only says received. I'm hoping for ED, hem/onc/bmt, but will take pretty much anything.

I received an email saying they forwarded my application to the hiring manager and, if chosen for an interview, will be contacted via phone to schedule an interview. Anyone else hear back?
