We all got assigned a different # when we applied and I would assume those go in order of the time you applied and when your withdrawal goes away but I'm not sure!!!

For the people that got their withdraw button removed did you apply to the externship early on? I sent in my application a day before the deadline and my button is still there so I’m wondering if it goes in chronological order.

I sent in my application on the day it was due! My withdraw button was gone yesterday. So I don't think it's in chronological order either. But then again, we don't know if the withdraw button going away even means anything...
