They assign patients and ratio based off acuity level was what I was told. They said typically critical care will be max 1 to 2.

That could possibly! I know last cohort suspected it was organized by names!! As far as the interview they were versus monotone with me so I thought I did horribly, don’t let that discourage you I think that’s their goal! The questions were nearly the same as the video behavioral questions and there were two or three scenario questions about priorities!

Hey, Do you remember the questions exactly for case scenarios? I am so nervous maybe I can help myself ?

Hi everyone, I don’t think we should share any specific interview questions so that everyone has a fair and equal chance ?

honestly, even if I had the questions before I don't think it would help me much. my advice would be to take your time, breath and just try your best. I did so bad with the scenario questions and the interviewers gave me hints. not sure if they do that with everyone or if I was just doing so bad LOL. just breath and take your time.

They only needed to give me hints on one of them but yeah I think they do help you at least get to the point of knowing the diagnosis….that was my issue for only one of them…once they helped me get the diagnosis I immediately was able to give my interventions

Wish I don’t think about this application as often as I do….

Definitely starting to get anxious! I just heard someone at my school got an offer on the cardiac PCU

Let’s not give up yet! I asked during my interview what the turnaround would be and they said they had a few more interviews the end of this month and.l we should hopefully hear back the first week or two of December!
