im not seeing too much information online or on reddit about what it is like to work there. does anyone know the patient-to-nurse ratio?

They assign patients and ratio based off acuity level was what I was told. They said typically critical care will be max 1 to 2.

As far as the interview they were versus monotone with me so I thought I did horribly, don’t let that discourage you I think that’s their goal! The questions were nearly the same as the video behavioral questions and there were two or three scenario questions about priorities!

Hi everyone, I don’t think we should share any specific interview questions so that everyone has a fair and equal chance ?
Sooooo this wait……Lord give me patience….literally feel like I am holding my breath under water….

honestly, even if I had the questions before I don't think it would help me much. my advice would be to take your time, breath and just try your best. I did so bad with the scenario questions and the interviewers gave me hints. not sure if they do that with everyone or if I was just doing so bad LOL. just breath and take your time.
They only needed to give me hints on one of them but yeah I think they do help you at least get to the point of knowing the diagnosis….that was my issue for only one of them…once they helped me get the diagnosis I immediately was able to give my interventions
Wish I don’t think about this application as often as I do….

Let’s not give up yet! I asked during my interview what the turnaround would be and they said they had a few more interviews the end of this month and.l we should hopefully hear back the first week or two of December!
