They assign patients and ratio based off acuity level was what I was told. They said typically critical care will be max 1 to 2.

The questions were nearly the same as the video behavioral questions and there were two or three scenario questions about priorities!

honestly, even if I had the questions before I don't think it would help me much. my advice would be to take your time, breath and just try your best. I did so bad with the scenario questions and the interviewers gave me hints. not sure if they do that with everyone or if I was just doing so bad LOL. just breath and take your time.
