Yeah I am nervous. I just Interviewed for MN today, but my heart is really set on AZ.

It was good. The recruiter was very nice. What I liked most was the immediate feedback he gave about behavioral/scenario questions he asked. He only asked me one of each. He said he usually asks more than that when people do not do well and he wants them to try again after giving the feedback about what he was looking for. So that made me happy.

It legit was kind feedback. Not intimidating at all. I am actually a resident of Illinois. I live 15 minutes outside of Chicago.

LOL....I have noticed that among friends and acquaintances. I am hoping for any one of the ICUs. With MAYO-MN I interviewed for CV Surgical/Transplant ICU. I got lucky because I have been an extern in a major hospital system here in the SICU since January working 20-40 hours a week, so I had experience to qualify to apply for the critical care units.
