Congratulations! Has anyone reached out to you to get your new hire paperwork completed with your employee ID? On one of the emails it said at least 4 business days before our unit manager should be reaching out about scheduling. Im on med-surg! Wbu?

Yes I received the emails yesterday about the POPA/journeys tasks. I will be on hemat/onc/bmt! I'm nervous LOL!

Did you get your email from occupational health? How long goes it take for them to reach out? Or did you have to call them?

The PreBoarding Coordinator sent out a multi step email containing all the links in one. You self schedule your HR appointment for I-9 verification step 2 and your POPA health exam. I accepted mid December and got the email Jan 5th. I've had that feeling of "what's going on now" a few times during this process, so I think we're all in the same boat there. Everyone was aware of where I was in the process, from my hiring recruiter to the PreBoarding Coordinator, when I spoke with them over the phone, so they're definitely keeping an eye on things.

Yeah I got all those steps done. But in my "Journey" it's says that I have to wait on an email from Occupational Health to schedule my appointment and then I can self schedule my HR appointment for the same day. I was just curious if you received an email from them or just called and scheduled with occupational health for your POPA? Also What unit are you hired on?

I just double checked. Also received that email January 5th. But I'm still in FL and moving to AZ in February, so I had to call to set mine up in JAX. It was a whole debacle. But the original email was Jan 5th. I'm headed to ICU.
