What's the new grad pay for Mayo, Dignity, and Banner??

Banner offered me 31.50, dignity 32.50, honor health was around 34 but they took in account my lpn experience. Mayo starts new grads at 38-39 right now. As someone with almost a year I got 40.50 but I didn't negotiate, was just happy to be offered a position

Med surg for Mayo/Dignity, PCU from Honor , and ED for Banner. I went with Dignity and now I'm at Mayo.

Is it 38 base for mayo and then the $6 night shift differential?
