But at least I remembered to hand in her flu vaccine record to the nurse! Had to go on maternity leave a few days earlier than expected and I'm a mess running around with my little ones. But I'm so glad to finally have that paper handed in since I know how much that means to us school nurses to cross another child off the list. Hope my students at my school are doing the same. Probably not! Now I'm ready to give birth with that out of the way, lol!

Strange how we nurses know what other school nurses panic over and have that bonding empathy. Also maternity makes you really pace forward and get the To-Do-List done quickly! Good for you. Yes, I've been chipping away at the immunization run-off list. Actually it's much better with deadline letters and many calls, lol.
Thank you all!! Still no baby yet and I'm getting so discouraged. Fifth baby too. And I totally agree about the bonding empathy between other school nurses. That's why my first day on leave I thought to myself, better get that darn vaccine record in!! I didn't trust my husband would, lol! It feels weird to not be at work. I kind of miss it!
