Massasoit Nursing Program 2019

Published

Since there was topic started under the title "Massasoit Fall 2018" and it was extremely informative. I figured I would start a new topic for 2019 for all those who have applied to the Nursing Program at Massasoit so that we can all contribute and give eachother status updates on acceptance, scores, etc. I hope you call chime in.

Oh my God your kidding. This is killing me! I've gotten two letters from Massasoit in the past couple weeks and almost died opening them, they turned out to be unrelated. Haha. I have one week until summer classes start (I'm working straight thru to get things done asap). Anyone else doing summer 1or2? I'll be at Canton and brockton campus straight thru to fall. It's tough because I've been trying to pick classes that would transfer into a bachelor and I've literally run out of classes. I have 72 credits. I've ready!

Seriously? Not until the middle of June? Is this for the LPN-RN program, or for the RN program?

That's really disappointing

What are your estimated rubric scores out of 79? If we knew the averege score of admitted students over last few years that would ease minds,, my guess is 60-66? I saw a lotta people with about 66ish posting last year who were admitted,,,and then someone said the final admitted cohort score was 56 (i cant verify any of this of course)

What do you all think ur rubric score is?

Does anyone know what the acceptance rate is for the LPN-RN day program? I'm so anxious. I am a current massasoit student and I literally check my degree works everyday to find answers! I can't wait until June!!!

I called today- the LPN to RN day program won’t have decisions until the end of June (at least). The regular day program is first and then they will finalize the bridge program. It’s killing me! I think I’m going to apply to a few other programs as back up.

The rubric changes every year so you cannot go by past rubric scores.

Also, the availability of seats for the Lpn-rn bridge are dependent on how many people don’t make it to second year and how many people repeat the course from the previous year. There are 56 seats in total, last year we had 10 LPN’s join us.

Hope this helps!

I just got accepted into premed at ENC

I have no clue what I'm going to do. Hopefully we get answers soon! I say keep applying to everyone - always have a back up plan

I spoke to someone at admissions today and they told me that they are still reviewing applications. They said that letters will not be sent out until "at the earliest, June 15th". Really frustrated that the date keeps being pushed back as I need to figure out my plan for this summer if I do not get in for this fall. At least now if you are wait listed your odd of getting in are probably much higher since they are waiting so long to get back to everyone because a lot of people will already be committed to different schools by then I'm sure

Have any of you checked your registration status!!!!! ??

I just checked DegreeWorks & the last time it was audited was Feb 16th & still says Liberal Arts major ? AnxiouslyWaiting....does yours say Nursing??

I just checked. I’m officially in ?
