Hello,
I wanted to create this thread for folks who have applied to Massasoit Community College’s Nursing program for the Fall 2021 semester. How are things going for everyone?
Current and former students, do you have any feedback on this program for prospective students?
Thank you!

We should be getting it soon. They also said to get our flu shot as soon as they're available this Summer. Will let you know if I hear anything else
FYI: Just want to let you know there is no way around the flu shot. It is not a Massasoit policy, it is the policy of the hospitals that you will be doing clinical at. This was a sore subject for some of my class, but unfortunately if you want to be placed, you have to get it done. The earlier the better so that they can begin the clinical placement process. If you can... go get all of your immunizations NOW. You will need:
Hep B (all 3 series)
TB
TdaP
MMR
Varicella (possibly)
And not sure what they will do with Covid..
Hello all!
I just graduated this May from MCC. I have nothing but great things to say about the program. I did come in as a LPN so I only had two semesters. A trick to seeing if you got in is using your user name and login to check your degree audit to see if it changes. Mine changed to “LPN-RN Associates” about 3 weeks before I ever got my letter. Best of luck and let me know if you guys need anything !
