I am so frustrated I applied online to PCS and on 08/15 I uploaded my picture and sent a request to Nursys for verification of my current license then I requested by overnight to my College a transcript the next day, I also included an overnight envelope to PCS. They received it yesterday at 0900. I cant seem to get answers on how long this takes I have a job offer which I accepted on the cape. I found an apartment but I need to give notice at my current ob and my landlord . I am in MASS LIMBO please someone must have an answer for me?

If I understand correctly, you began the process of applying for licensure in MA by endorsement 8 days ago. The agency received some of your documentation by overnight delivery yesterday morning, and you are frustrated that you don't have a license yet? I don't believe you are being realistic. I can't speak to the usual length of time for MA to process applications, but have applied in other states where several weeks was the norm.

No they have received all of my documents and can not give me a date when it will be approved

Did you call that state board and ask them how long it usually takes to issue a license? How about a temporary license? This information is usually on their website if you haven't visited already.

Oh yes I called them however since they contracted to Professional credential services in TN they have no idea either I even called the state department of health . Nothing either I called PCS as well cant give me a date maybe another 3 weeks. Some of their reviews of this site state they waiting 7 months ? That can not be True

When I applied for a MA license it took at least a couple of weeks. Good luck!
