Marymount Spring 2015

Published

Hey everyone! Just wondering who is applying to Marymount for Spring 2015. I submitted my TEAS score yesterday. Good luck!!!

i think i'm going to apply but i'm not going to submit a TEAS score because my gpa is higher than the 2.8 and also i've maxed my funds out as far as test taking goes for the year haha. i'm a little wary about applying though because from what i've read, you only have a week to decide and there doesn't seem to be any financial aid beyond loans, of which i have plenty of debt from my first degree :/

My GPA is also higher than a 2.8 but I had to take the TEAS for another school so they wouldn't waive it for me which stinks because my score isn't that high. I noticed that as well from prior posts. It doesn't hurt to apply though. That way you'll have more options and you can worry about the other stuff afterwards

that's true! have you finished all the prereqs and everything?

Yea I'm all done with the prereqs. Are you?

i just have to take sociology, which i'm signed up for this fall semester. what are your stats like if you don't mind me asking?

I don't mind at all. I have a 3.1 for undergrad and 2.85 for my sciences. I'm in the 53rd percentile for the TEAS. Pretty average. How about you?

3.1 undergrad also and i'm not sure about my sciences but my prereqs so far are roughly 3.5 but i havent taken sociology yet. my science gpa is lower maybe 3.0-3.2 but i'm not too sure. i'm definitely intimidated by everyone else on here applying with their 3.6+'s and 4.0 prereqs gpas

Oh my gosh! My thoughts exactly! But all we can do is hope for the best. You'll do fine in sociology

So, the deadline for the first review is next week, has anyone submitted their application yet? I just sent my last bit of information yesterday, and I cant wait to see if I make the cut. Best of look to all of you!

I'm applying also! Which option do we submit our TEAS to? There's Marymount TEAS BSN and Marymount U BSN. I'm confused on what the difference is and which one we submit it too. That's the last thing I have to do!

Hey, I took the test at Marymount, and the proctor had me select TEAS BSN. Good luck!
