Marian University (MU) CRNA 2024 Start

Just wanted to start a thread for Marian University CRNA program hopefuls to help share information. I applied a few weeks ago and got an email saying the application is with the admissions committee and to expect an email about a potential interview in the next 4 weeks.  Good luck everyone!

I was also wondering if we'd be getting a phone call or an email.

Could someone maybe send another email to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME)? I sent one and she told me mid December but this starts to be a bit crazy for those that interviewed back in October...

It honestly will probably be the same answer.  We've made it this far, we just need to gut it out the next week or so

I would guess if you get in, you will get a phone call and email.  If not, just an email based on past experience.

I got a phone call then a follow up email the next day.

I called today and they said they're still interviewing for those who have not received an invitation to interview yet. I haven't gotten a response either way whether they'd like me to interview or not. I'm not hopeful though with decisions so close.

I think it's fair to say they already made decisions. Those who received phone calls got in, my mindset is if I did not receive a phone call by now it's just a matter of rejection email. Maybe by a small chance I am wrong but unlikely so getting prepared for the worst.

Looking at the thread from last year, they also released a few early decisions in Oct/Nov, but the majority of decisions were released 12/21-12/22, and they were doing interviews all the way to 12/15! I'm thinking that is going to be the case this year as well. I wouldn't give up hope just yet!

My thought process is they accepted slam dunk check all the boxes candidates early and the going to put out a majority of their decisions here shortly. I could also see the decisions being sent out via email on the same day as in years past.

I hope so! Don't get me wrong I would love to get in-it's a dream of mine but I also have to be realistic-the competition is absolutely crazy this year and everywhere, it is what it is-I guess hope for the best prepare for the worst is my attitude...
