:ancong!: Ann good luck

Hi

I toke my test 18 march .ca please pary to me I hope every bady pass good luck

So 2 more days!! Please pray for me. I'm having a little bit of a hard time. I completed the NCSBN review... the last couple days I've been scoring in the 70s, which I am actually happy about. I redid my pre-test got a 60%, then went through all the rationales and redid it again and got a 90%. But like I said, I read through all the rationales.

I'm going over exam cram - which I feel like I shouldn't be doing at this point anymore bc I feel like I'm getting more wrong than right. What should I do? Should I be discouraged? Should I continue to retake all the NCSBN quizzes instead? OR maybe finish LaCharity?

Has anyone felt this way before taking their test? Please help! And advice will be gladly taken. Thanks in advance!

Thank You So Much, I PASSED! :-):yeah::nurse:

I am seriously bugging out over NCLEX-RN. I graduated in December and everyone in my class that has taken boards has passed. That seriously worries me because what are the odds of everyone passing? Im just agonizing over the fact that I mite be the one to fail. My test is 03/30 and I have completed all of my Kaplan Q trainers and Q bank with scores ranging from 48-70%. I tried studying Saunders, but the format didn't work for me. Its hard for me to actually pick up a book and study. I have been on this site everyday looking for encouragement and tips, but I cant seem to calm down. When I took LPN boards I was terrified, but lo and behold 3 days later I was licensed...not because I was so smart but apparently I was pretty good at the guessing game that day. I know that NCLEX RN will not be that way. You have to know it, especially with the alternate question types...I LOATHE SATA questions...Ive never gotten one correct...Any thoughts? NCLEX is a week away!

I did the PVT again today and i got the good pop up. So i finally decided to pay for the quick results and i passed!!! God & Jesus is so good! The 1st time i took NCLEX-RN was May 2010, I failed with 75 questions and the 2nd time i took the exam was last wk March 18, 2011 and passed with 75 questions!!! :monkeydance:

A few days before my exam, i read the prado facts documents from the anyone up for random FACT THROWING thread. The My chicken hes TB, spiderman, Mrs Wee infection control pneumonics helped me a lot. Thank you for those who prayed for the NCLEX exam takers and congratulations to those who passed. For those who's taking the exam, have faith and believe that you will pass....you can do it!

Congrats, jl 421!!!!!!!! I love to hear the success stories!

Keep me in your prayers for my test date of 3/30!

God bless to everyone!

Thanks! I will and good luck. I agree with yani23, try to relax and think positive....everyday tell yourself "I will pass my NCLEX-RN confidently and successfully". Don't forget your ABC, Maslow, ADPIE, Safety, infection control, don't delegate Assessment/Teaching/Evaluation, normal values...hmm what else? Prayers!!! You can do it! I was actually the opposite, I liked the Saunders comprehensive review 5th ed. and have read all the chapters based on the 6 wk study calendar it provided after you take the 75question assessment mode but i didn't use the cd to answer questions...i only used it for content. I only took notes for the Pharma section. For questions, I answered a lot of NCLEX 4000 cd and LaCharity book. I also have the Kaplan strategies, practice & review 2010-2011 ed. but i didn't like it because it was too complicated & i had a hard time understanding it. Go go go!!! you can do it!!!!

Congratz yani23!!!!
