how many have applied to TWU ???

I have applied to TWU also, and have not heard anything. I called lat week, and they had my file in the wrong pile.I am reappling, but did not interview last time d/t family situation. Iwas told my file would be given to the director and they would let me know. Nothing yet. I have a tlaked to a few others who have not heard either. You might give them a call and make sure they have everything. My file has been lost 5 or 6 times now. They are very nice, and helpful, but will tell you, they have a new staff in the office and are still working out the kinks.

I applied at twu and am waiting for my ccrn... and biting my nails as the date approaches! I plan on calling them the day that I get the ccrn (interviewed last year and HAVE to have it now). I would suggest staying on the ball, learn to converse with the ladies at the office so that you are in good and not at the bottom of the stack. You and all of us have to remember that they are inundated with paper work... it is up to us to be on top and make sure our papers are in the right pile. If nothing else go ahead and suggest to arrange your interview while you are on the phone with them. I have heard of such a thing working..

i have also applied at twc but have not heard. i had an interview at KU but did not get in. I have an interview with Newman on Frida. does anyone have any suggestions for the interview?

I will have an interview Feb 10. Interviews are conducted on Tuesdays only.

I am preparing for that day. A few SRNA's who are currentlly in the TWU program have been very helpful. Thank you guys for the help. Also, I have a close friend who is there right now and she has been very helpful.

Hopefully all those years of experience will help me thorugh this interview.

I have sent everything in and I want to call tomorrow to see that they have everything. Can anyone PM me with the number to call. When I call the number posted on the web site, I get the director and I don't want to waste his time. I'd rather have the number to the secretary. Anyways, I wish everyone the best in the interview and we will see what happens. Thanks.

well, according to twu they are still waiting on my supervisor's reference. i sent it to my former supervisor 3 months ago !!! i was on top of the situation for the 1st month, calling once a week checking on her progress. she led me to believe that she was almost finished and ready to turn it in ... and now .... 2 weeks before the deadline it's still sitting on her desk !!! i'm so angry i could spit nails !!! that's just a poor, poor excuse for a leader/supervisor IMHO, granted i should have been MORE on top of the situation, but like i said ... she led me to believe it was almost completed .. i mean ... it takes 2 minutes to fill out ... how hard can it be ??? sorry about the 'rant' i just have to blow off some steam ... anyone else running into this problem ?

I too had this problem and my supervisor did not get one reference in until I took her a fax copy and waited for to fill it out and then I gave her the fax number, watched her secretary fax it into the admissions office and then I called the admissions office from my supervisor's office on my cell phone to see that they had it. Sometimes they get lost in the mail. Sometimes that is just an excuse because they never sent it in. Stay on top of this as it could hurt you in getting an interview if you think they have it and it was never sent. Have you got another supervisor or co-worker that they would take as a reference instead? I was late on a reference to two different programs and they realized how frantically I was trying to get it in to them. Both of these schools gave me extensions of a few days as I told them ahead of time that they would be late. I found that most coordinators are reasonable on this issue as they realize you cannot force your references to get these in on time. I got interivews at both programs even though I was late on one reference. In fact I think it was the school that I got accepted to.
