MANE spring 2019 applicants

Hi everyone! I just wanted to start a thread for MANE applicants to see where you're applying and what your composit score is! I am applying at Normandale, anoka-Ramsey, and north Hennepin. My composit score is 12.7 with a 4.0 gpa and 87.3% on the TEAS.

Now today I received a letter saying I WAS accepted to NHCC!? Same with another person I know that was denied.

Let me tell you everything what happened to me! I got the same thing! With a 12.7 so I wa sos confused! I got rejected so I called them, emailed, emailed again, called again...someone finally got back to me saying there was a computer error. So confusing! So this probably means your in!

I got 2 letters, 1 sent on the 16th saying I was rejected and 1 sent on 20th saying accepted.. I am not sure what happened but I had a composite score of 12 at NHCC and that was my confident school.

I wonder if they sent everyone rejection letters by mistake

In your rejection letter did you still receive the information for orientation and dual enrollment?

No I didn't. JUst the letter. Still waiting on the acceptance letter but they said they put it in the mail.

Well at least they called and let you know about the error!

Yeah! I thought it was only me it happened to! So crazy.

Congrats to everyone on their acceptances! FWIW, the same thing happened to me with NHCC. When I received my denial letter on Tuesday, I immediately emailed my advisor, and she reached out to the nursing department. I followed up with them, and was advised that there was a computer glitch, and certain fields (like my GPA) weren't populating. I am so glad that I contacted them! I received my acceptance letter yesterday and will also be going to NHCC.
