How many guys have felt taken advantage of being the man on staff? I'm a cna and nursing student and I'm always being called to do the heavy lifting and a lot of times even left alone to do certain heavy tasks alone simply because I'm a "strong young man". Half of my shift is helping other staff and I don't mind helping and being a team member but sometimes it does feel like I'm the go-to guy and when I need the help no one is there.
In my world, man = height to reach things that I can't. Because I'm short. Really short. My ten-year-old nephew is taller than I am.
Because really, even the stools they have at work don't allow me to reach the top shelf safely, let alone visualize it up close. I've learned where things are by feel and lots of trial and error. And lots of (unused, thank goodness) urinals falling on my head.

I look at it like this, anytime I can get a workout in, I doing fine.
That is why we are men.
Work it!
