question.... did everyone do have two PPDs done??

I just got one done on Friday and will ave the results ready monday... but I wont be able to have my second one done before August 3rd!! panicking!

Nope, I had the quantiferon blood test. Maybe email them about it?

Just talk to someone in the nursing office. I don't have immunity to hep B, so I had to do the antigen test and a booster. Then I'm doing a repeat titer to see if I'm finally immune, but I have to wait 4 weeks for the booster to take effect. When I showed them docs and explained my situation, they were more than reasonable and understanding (seems to me that I'm not the only student to have had this happen to).

Anyway, I also did the quantiferon test, beats going in so many times!

I had all of my docs in one file (vaccines, physical, etc) and just uploaded that same file to every single requirement. So far everything says complete.

I went and got the drug test today, too. I called both places yesterday and didn't get an answer. It would've been nice to know the place on Erie didn't do drug tests. Luckily I barely made it to the place on Wabash with enough time. I'm sure they will just post the results and I don't think we would need to upload the proof form we got today.

That's a great idea! I already submitted everything separately (though many of them asked for some of the same docs), but if it comes back with issues, I'll just do that! Lol

I just couldn't figure out what docs fall under "medical history". What did you do for the other 4 items that we don't have? The HIPAA cert, confidentiality statement, handbook acknowledgement, and urinalysis? Did you just ignore that, cuz that's what I'm doing. Toni Scott told me to just ignore it because it wasn't requested from the nursing program.

Yep, I just ignored the ones we didn't have to do and uploaded that file to everything else.

Did your castle branch get reject for hep B?

My came out neg too and one of the nursing coordinators said I had to get the series again I'm on my 2nd shot but not I need to wait 6 months for my 3rd one. So castle branch reject my hep B and they said I've only submitted one shot so far but it was actually 2 weird.

It's still pending, but I'll let you know. My doc said I don't have to so the entire series because appatently I had the full series done back then and the booster should be sufficient. I'll find out if I'm immune sometime mid-August.

I think torphy87 mentioned that he had similar issues. Maybe his documents got accepted on CastleBranch? Did it torphy87?

So I just saw that CB rejected all my vaccines because the vaccine dates weren't included on the doc my PCP filled out. I had to reupload the vaccine list, with dates, so hopefully they will accept it now. Also, they said they rejected the Varicella requirement, because I have immunity but no vaccine listed. DUH I had chicken pox as a kid and my doctor noted it in the forms!

Does anyone know if we have to inform anyone that we did the urine drug test already or will they automatically know. Not sure since Toni doesn't work at the school anymore.

Oh boy, hope mine goes through. I also had chicken pox as a kid, it says on my vaccination forms as "disease" instead of actually getting the vaccines. All my files are still "pending".

When I went to LabCorps, the woman there said results will be uploaded to CastleBranch. The school already has access to CastleBranch, so they should already know as soon as results are posted.
