UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Hello everyone! I wanted to start this thread for those of us applying to the Malcolm X College ADN Program for Spring 2026. This can be a place where we share updates on applications and requirements, ask questions, exchange information, and support each other along the way. Same here. Do we actually have to get the document signed and stamped still if we're already viable tho?

I don't know if we have to upload it again but the document they are asking for is just the checklist that needs to be signed by us if I am not wrong.

Yes, mine still says "In progress" in the selective enrollment. I'm in communication with them about an issue with a medical document. So just waiting to see if we can reach a solution hopefully.

The one that's been updated says to be signed and stamped on it. I saw it yesterday, but I just wasn't sure if it was important enough to upload since like you said we already uploaded one this year already and are viable

I compared the earlier one to the newer one. It has a few more requirements on it. I feel like this is a good sign for anyone who is a viable candidate. 🙂 I'm not so sure about myself since my situation is a bit different.

Oh, you're right! It has a few different things from the first one. The one we are talking about is the Clinical Requirements Checklist - Renewal right? But at this point I am not sure either if it has to be uploaded again. Let's see what happens. Is anyone else in the same situation?

If your selective application is not "Viable Candidate "by now.There is no hope for Spring 2026 class.But try to keep your CB updated.

I know most of the people on the chat have applied to the ADN program, but I myself applied for the PN program and my application status is about the same as everyone else's on the chat just marked as viable candidate and I did receive the renewed requirement sheet in Castle branch as well
