Malcolm X -City Colleges of Chicago School of Nursing Spring 2024 ADN

I didn't see a thread for this yet so I am going to go ahead and create one. This thread is for those applying to the Malcolm X ADN program for Spring 2024 (December 2025 graduation date). 

I myself graduated with my ADN in December 2022 from MXC, but my significant other is in the application process for the program right now.

OMG really so we will be notified when to register then via email? I had accepted it before 2pm yesterday.

I didn't - I'm just relentless and didn't stop checking LOL. I haven't gotten any emails of acceptance or account change.

  I was on the same page then got tired of checking so took a one day break LOL but thank god I didn't miss the offer. so then what gave you the green light to go and register and how did you know excactly the class to register for I am so confused on how or when to register once you accept the seat. ?

You can go to search for classes like normal - just search nursing 101 and it will show all your options. There are 14 different combinations of days and times... each section includes lecture, lab, and clinical. You should be able to add to your cart like any other classes at that point.

The advisor you spoke to said to go ahead and do that?

She said I could yeah - but as long as you're all good and know what days you can/want to do class you can register.

So I went ahead and registered as well have you gotten the welcome packet yet ? At what point do we get it LOL

LOL I have no idea. But glad you got registered! The classes can go quick sometimes.

You search for nursing 101 - and then there are 14 options to pick from with time. Each section includes a lab, lecture, and clinical. You just pick which times work the best for you.

I think pretty much yeah LOL... I did (or well.. my wife did) find a few of the books on eBay for much cheaper than the bookstore. So you could start checking that stuff out ??‍♀️
