I went to nursing school once and failed the first semester, now I'm going at it again and my anxiety of failing again is through the roof.
I'm trying to go at it at a completely different angle now, so one tactic I'm doing is reading the material before class, going home and skimming while colour coding with highlighters. I then go through the chapter and write all the definitions, signs/symptoms and interventions, and little notes I thought were important on notecards. The problem is I have a huge stack of notecards and it's only week one... am I doing too much? Or should I keep this up along with re writing notes and listening to lectures until exam 1 comes... help me allnurses.... your're my only hope.
