I think I know the answer to this, but I'm double checking. It's illegal to mail/send via FedEx/UPS a student's Epi Pen or inhalers to a parent, right? I'm trying to actually find this written somewhere but I can't. A parent sent me a prepaid label & is asking me to FedEx an EpiPen and inhaler to the vacation home in Florida.

For you with a nursing license, yes because we're not pharmacists and it has not been blessed by a pharmacist. That's my understanding. For me to mail to RJ Junior in college....whelp....you know. I wouldn't send anything via any carrier. Just too much liability. If they have a second home they maybe can afford a second set of RX to live there....
