Macomb community college nursing program starting 2019

Hi. Just took the HESI today. Wondering how the ranking will go. I have a 4.0 and got 94.4% on HESI. What do you think my chances are of getting in for August?

I believe 160 get in and 40 on the waitlist, but don’t quote me on that one.

I have a combined score of 84 so I'm in the same boat! I'm definitely not getting my Hope's up.

clsuper what we all really want to know is if you got in last year on the waiting list or did you have to apply again this year?

This year is the first year I’ve applied. But I did hear that #161 got in from the waitlist last year. ??‍♀️

So I have a dumb question, how does everyone know their exact GPA for the nursing classes? Did you figure it on on your own or did you get a notice??

You can lookup your GPA thru your MyMacomb. Add the individual GPAs for the four classes, then divide by 4. I also think it might have said it on the letter they mailed about ranking...maybe

Okay that's what I did but, I don't think I ever got a letter about ranking!?

You should have received a letter a few months ago stating that you have everything completed for your application and that ranking will start on March 27th. On that letter was your accurate GPA and your Hesi score.

Well now I'm panicking! I never got that letter. I'm really hoping I just missed it somehow.

JEvans02, just to let you know, I received my letter with my GPA and Hesi score less than two weeks ago. I was told a couple of months ago, that the department had hired someone new, so they were behind on applicant files. I was concerned, wondering where my letter was too, then finally it came in.

Thank you, I'm really hoping that's the case.

If you didn't get the letter why haven't you went to the admissions office? Because I know I would be in there bright and early if I didn't get my letter.
