Macomb community college nursing program starting 2019

Hi. Just took the HESI today. Wondering how the ranking will go. I have a 4.0 and got 94.4% on HESI. What do you think my chances are of getting in for August?

That’s so exciting !!!! What time did it say ?

Hi, I applied with a 3.80 and 85 hesi. Praying for a letter tomorrow! I'm not going to be able to think about anything else

I wish more people would respond with their gpa/ hesi scores and if anyone else got letters....

I'm so excited that someone already got in, it gives me hope!

Reading all of these comments are making me more nervous than ever? I also applied for the 2019 cycle and I'm on the lower end. I applied with a 3.5 and a 85%. I hope I still have a chance or even the possibility of getting waitlisted!? Good luck to everyone!?

Still no letter in my mail today. ? I was so excited when the mail arrived too.

I emailed the woman in charge of selective admissions this morning and she said that letters were just mailed out yesterday, so we should have them tomorrow/Friday. Good luck everyone!

Ugh, this wait is killing me!!! No letter for me yet either.

Hi, I applied with a 3.66, but unfortunately only received a 75% on my Hesi. The wait is killing me also! Does anyone know if people with low Hesi scores have ever got in?

It’s all dependent on what everyone else’s scores were who applied. They use a formula to rank; ((GPAx25)+HESI)/2; so you could have a high GPA and a mediocre HESI and still fare pretty well. Last year, #161 (so 1st on the waitlist) had a combined score of 87.

Ok thanks, if I did my math right my rank number is 83.25, that doesn't seem good. How many people get on a waiting list?

I have a combined score of 85, fingers crossed!
