hey everyone!I'm an LVN currently in Houston, TX. I have a year and a half experience right now and am almost finished with Excelsior RN. I grew up in Downers Grove, suburb of Chicago, moved to TX when I was 14. I have an urge to move back to Chicago....I'd like to live and work downtown. Can anyone tell me if there are opportunities for LVN's in chicago in hospitals? I have telemetry, CCU stepdown experience. What is the state's limitations on skills? Here we can do IV pushes, take cardiac drips, etc. Thanks!

You'll have to stay put in TX and work as an RN for 2 years before being eligible to endorse into IL.
