LVN TO RN APU Spring 2020

Hello Everyone!

I recently applied to the LVN to RN program at APU IE campus (Spring 2020).

I was informed it will take 6 weeks for the reviewing and decision making to be completed. I asked my academic advisor if there is an interview process or any further steps after. He stated a decision will be made at the 6 week mark whether you were accepted or denied into the program.

Did anyone else apply for Spring 2020? I would love to hear from you all.

I'm looking to apply for summer or fall of 2020 at IE. I wonder how the classes work? If anyone know the cohort schedule please let me know so I can get an idea of how it works. Thanks!

Fall 2020. Hello, I applied for Fall 2020. LVN to BSN. I submitted my application in May. I haven’t heard anything back yet and was wondering if anyone else who applied for Fall 2020 has heard anything?

I received an email offer for a spot in fall 2020 cohort 31. I was so excited! The informed me I should be receiving a letter with information for orientation and other information soon.

That’s amazing. CONGRATS! When did you receive the email? I haven’t received an email or a call yet. I’m getting anxious. I hope they aren’t going to deny me. I’m hoping my GPA is high enough. It’s 3.77 and my science GPA is a 3.60.

I received the email yesterday. I applied to the IE campus. My total GPA Is 3.77 too but my science is 4.0

I don't think that's a huge gap so I am optimistic for you! I hope you get in! I'll keep you updated.

That’s a great GPA for science. You’re right it’s not that big of a gap. Thank you so much. Maybe I’ll hear from them tomorrow. I’ll keep you posted as well.

Hi I applied to the Azusa campus. I’m wondering if maybe that’s why I haven’t heard anything back yet.

I thinking there process is different from the IE one. I here its longer and more competitive at the main campus.

I got the official letter today.

Yes that’s what I hear as well and they only take 20 applicants per term I heard. I should’ve applied at IE. I just figured it maybe a bit of a drive up there since I live in the valley toward Ventura county. How exciting that toy already got the letter!
