Can anyone recommend A LVN to RN online program that's current in Texas, besides Excelsior College. Or any other info on a online program. Thank you so much!!

There's Indiana University, but that's a BSN program. I don't know of any other online LVN to RN program.

Maybe if you do some research, there maybe hybrid programs in your area.

Keep in mind, no program will be 100% online due to the clinical portion.
