Any companies that will pay for LVN's to get more education?

I echo Commuter. And be careful--tuition reimbursement is just that--you pay and the company chooses what, out of what you paid, they will reimburse you for. And usually at a cap.
The best thing anyone could do is to look at bridge programs, see what financial aid the college will give you, and see if it is feasible to pay the balance on your current budget.
If you are talking about LPN certifications, the only thing you can do is ask. Some (and not many anymore) will assist in whatever certifications are relevent to your job, within your current scope.
Good luck in your future endevours!

there are other ways to get your department head to make some room in the budget besides tuition reimbursement programs
if you can show a benefit to the department or the company
eg your DON is trying to keep up with providing in services - your solution, send me to a seminar every other month and i'll take care
of the in services
your DON is trying to keep up with CPR certs - your solution, let me take the instructor course and i'll do recerts
instead of asking for $ for education, provide a solution to a problem and you might just get the $
