LVN Hospital Salary..Southern California

Some Hospitals in Southern California are still hiring LVN's. There a job openings in ER/TELE/MED-SURG Does anyone know what the starting salaries would be in such a setting for an IV, Vent certified LVN in an ER/TELE or MED-surg position at a hospital what should you expect as far a salary. I have a history of Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy Certified. Any input would be great. Im about to gradute Nursing school and would like serious inputs. Hospital in orange county CA starts at 17.50 for a new grad LVN and goes up from there. Registry pay 30/hr for an LVN...

When I worked in Tele as an LVN i made $28/hr - but that included a $3- $4 differential for working nights. Anything under $20 seems low to me.

How did you get vent certified?
