Do any of you work in OB depts that have gone the route of catering to women with luxuries? Spa settings? What types of things do you offer (or have you seen offered)? I'm thinking along the lines of massage, room service, etc. Curious as to what is out there across the U.S.
Or, if you don't have these things, what do you wish you could offer? Or are you a new mom who wished she had the opportunity to have a specific service available when you had your baby?
Thanks for any info/ideas!

Just give me the baby and don't let me bleed to death. Twins would be nice, so if you can find an extra one in there, I'll take it. I like orange juice, too.

My hospital does room service. Call and order and they bring your meal in about an hour. Sounds quite posh, but it is a very busy OB dept. So with women delivering at all different hours, they'd probably be bringing extra food trays at off times anyway.
