Lutheran Medical Center, Brooklyn - any feedback pls

Hi everybody,

I am a new graduate and I just got an offer from Lutheran MC in Brooklyn. Anyone working there? How would you rate it? Is it a nice place to work? Thanks!!!

hey i used to be a clerk there- and my best friend works there now- its a nice place to work depending upin what unit you are in...some of the NCC's are a pain..but it depends...where did they offer you a position?

I just accepted a position there in L/D. From what I hear it a nice place to work. I know the Nurse Manager for SICU and she enjoys it there. What shift are you going to be working?

Hi,

I'm a new grad and I am interested in Lutheran Medical Center. Do you have any information regarding the orientation process for this hospital? Would this be a good place for a new grad? What is the working environment/culture of the hospital? Are the nurses happy there? What's the nurse to patient ratio? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
