Lurie Children's New Grad Residency Fall 2017

Has anyone who applied to Lurie Children's for the August/October New Grad RN positions heard anything back yet? I know the applications opened up on May 1st.

Those of you who have called HR, what number did you call?

Also, were they nice about you calling? They are probably getting so many phone calls that I'm sure it gets to be annoying for them.

I called the main hospital number and then asked to be transferred to HR. They seemed not to mind answering but I'm still a little confused about the outcome of the conversation.

They basically tell you to wait for a phonecall or email.

A friend of mine just got a call to interview, so rest assured that they are not done contacting people for interviews.

Do you know what unit your friend is interviewing for?

My friend interviewed for the resource team yesterday. She said she was told that they are still calling applicants for other departments. So that's good news :). I'm curious which departments have been calling people so far. It seems like the reaource team is one of them. Please keep us posted if you hear anything about the other departments.

Does any one know how/if it matters to check your profile online? All I remember getting when I applied were confirmation emails. PS has nobody else on here heard anything yet?
