Hey all!

I graduate with my BSN in April 2018.

I was just curious if anyone has any information about the 2018 Nurse Residency Program at the Lucille Packard Children's Hospital Stanford RN Residency Program?

I know for this current year the start date was in Sept. 2017, I'm wondering if the next cohort will be in Sept. 2018?

Any information is appreciated!

Thanks so much!

I also just received a follow up email saying that I met all requirements and gave me a specific date and time. I applied to NICU and L&D but the interview just says it will be with acute care services.

I got an email today saying "High interest" as well but no unit listed! Just asking if I was available to interview in June. I applied for Acute Care and Heme/Onc! Congrats on the confirmed interviews!

I also recieved an email with the next steps for confiriming an interview date/time! I applied to Hem/Onc and Acute Care. :)

Congrats! Just curious, was this a follow up email? Or the first one you received?

I also received an email stating that the "hiring team for the NICU department was highly interested in me" and to confirm my interest within 24 hours. I'm really hoping I'll get a follow up email...

From reading past residency program posts, does this email not guarantee an interview but just a sign of interest? I'm guessing a follow-up email is the real key!?

Yeah, I think I read somewhere that someone received a rejection email rather than a follow-up email with an interview time after getting the "highly interested" email. So I'm trying not to get my hopes up but it's hard to contain the excitement lol

I also received the "highly interested" email for the NICU!

Has anyone heard if PICU reached out yet? I haven't seen a thing on PICU yet:unsure:

I applied to PICU and haven't heard anything as of yet!

@calinur another thread somewhere said people got PICU emails today.. BUT I also heard emails will be going out until Saturday. Im not sure how much truth there is to this, but thats the word on the street.

I indicated my interest in the PICU and Heme/Onc and I received the "highly interested" email yesterday. I am not sure if this interest was in general, or if it was for a specific one of these units though! The recruiter sent another email back thanking me for confirming my interest and ability to attend an in person interview but no further information has been given to me yet. Fingers crossed!
