I have the same problem and get this message. Do you know where they want us to attach the table to the clinical rotation?

I asked and was told to include it as an attachment under references so I did that and just put the title as clinical hours table!

Do you guys think we really won't hear anything until the application closes in May? Seems like such a long time when applying all the way in February.

Hi iberm, I am getting the same issue, and cannot progress forward in the application. Did you figure out a solution to this?

I couldn't figure it out so I ended up copying and pasting it into the textbox and just organizing it to make it look semi-good. Kind of a bummer but its the content that counts, right?

Hi everyone I just submitted all my information (yesterday) for the Summer Residency program. I didn't seem to have an issue with uploading anything
