LSU BSN

Published

Hi everybody,

Im new to this site and could really use some advice. Im starting LSU traditional BSN program. Was wondering if anyone has any advice about what to expect and what I should do to prepare. Also if anyone is actually a student at LSU that would help or if they are starting in the Fall as well.

No when they Sent my denial letter sat semester it was just a standard envelope with one paper in if

My acceptance letter was just a standard envelope. Yes, Charity still sends out a big packet, but they didn't do any of their paperwork online. LSU will just send you to their website for the papers other schools send you in that big packet.

Was the acceptance letter just one sheet?

Was the acceptance letter just one sheet?

Yes, one sheet with "congratulations" and a few instructions on what to do next was all it was. Very impersonable, but gets the point across.

Lol, thanks guys for clarifying that up!!! Either way, a rejection or acceptance letter will come in a standard envelope w/ just one page.....hope something's in the mail when I get home tonite ha. So much for wishful thinking

Someone please post the moment u get ur letter!

Good luck everyone, I am anxious and nervous as well. It's my second time to try n get in!

U know ill be posting as soon as I hear something! 2BLSUnurse, were u not finished w/ pre reqs last semester ?

Yea I was still in sociology

I'm more than ready to find out. I'm trying to be as patient as possible but it's hard considreing this is my second time applying (I was still taking prerequisites last semester). I'll let everyone know as soon as I hear something.

Hopefully we start hearing today or tomorrow I can't take the waiting!

The best thing to do is relax, and focus on other things, I'm still in school (done with prereqs) just working on my plan B in case I do not get in.

does anyone know if they’re going to send acceptance letters first, then denial letters like last time or is it everyone gets a letter at around the same time?
