LSU BSN Fall 2014 Semester

Hey everyone! I was a spring 2014 applicant, I received an alternate letter so I am crossing my fingers I have better luck this semester! I know everyone probably feels like a huge weight is lifted off their shoulders as today was the application deadline. But now the nervousness is kicking in! I created this thread because I figured we all need the moral support - or at least I know I do lol! I hope I can be of help to anyone who may have questions as far as interviews and the time frame of this process! Good Luck to all of you!! ;):)

I too applied to the CARE program for the first time as well. When is your interview? Mines is Feb 15 @ 11a

I wonder if this year's CARE application pool is just as big (100-120) as the previous years. If only I didn't have a shift from 4p-2a the night before, I would have scheduled at 9am. Do you have your outfit yet? Ahhh I'm so nervous but after reading all the post in previous forums, I feel pretty confident in my preparation.

it went well! the seniors are the sweetest! it's two seniors conducting the interview and a proctor (mine was an instructor).

1. What are some challenges you expect to face while completing nursing school?

2. What are some of the most important characters of a nurse?

3. What would you do if you weren't accepted into LSU SON?

Sidenote: I studied the mission statement and the school's core values. SO GLAD I DID.

hesi= 88 GPA= 3.63
