So I just finished the required reading for the LifeSpan 2 Exam and it seems like the material is just all over the place. Just looking for some feed back regarding the feel of this exam. It seems like a huge psych test with a lot of med/surg thrown in the mix. I don't know if I'm losing my focus these days or if this exam is more challenging than the rest. I saw where people from past years said it was a beast. Has anyone taken this exam recently, like this year! lol Thanks:nurse:
I rescheduled LS2 for the end of September; I just don't feel confident with it. I'll "think" I know the material; however, my practice exam scores show otherwise. I'm using textbooks and studygroup101; I heard someone recommend Saunders. The material seems scattered to me; it's harder for me to retain. On the upside, I'm enjoying LS3 as a course!"I'm feeling the pressure, too of LS2; it's my last theory exam and I want to do well. I've studied and studied my LS2 practice exam rationales...
Hopefully, I can successfully tackle it in a couple of weeks. Maybe the credit bearing exam is easier than the practice exams; I can only hope.
I just took practice exam B after a week of studying.I got a horrible 48% on pratice exam A.
I got a 61% on practice exam B.
Looks like I still need another week of studying
Curse you, Metabolic Mechanisms!
IKR! This metabolic material is driving me bananas! If I don't feel comfortable by next week, I'm rescheduling.

I know what you mean. Seems like the I'm getting all of the disorders mixed up. Im using the required texts. But it is a ton of info that seems to overlap in some areas, but not in others. If I don't feel more confident soon, I'm pushing this bad boy back.
I've scheduled my exam for this Friday. Thankfully, I have had plenty of free time to study. I only started this course 10 days ago, but I feel pretty confident that if I sat for it today, I could pass.
I've taken most of my exams with 2 weeks of study time, with the exception of LS1 which took me over 4 months. Hopefully my remaining exams (LS3, Transitions, and Repro) will all squeeze into 2 weeks each as well.
Update on LS2 - I took it today and I passed with a B! Not bad, for 13 days!I used studyguide 101 and the Practice Exams to study.
That's great! I'm hoping for the same result soon. I'm still not confident based on my practice exam scores. I've studied for several weeks since taking the practice exams. This one just makes me nervous...
