I saved this one for last and the thought of the mix of endocrine and psych makes me feel kind of like I want to barf LOL. I haven't really even started on it yet... will take practice test A after I finish Repro on Tues. I have the SG101, the Saunders and the M/S and Psych text book. I hope this is enough.
I heard this one is the hardest of all... I guess we'll find out soon right? :-)
The required reading for the mental health portion took me over 2 weeks to read, at 4-8 hours a day, 7 days a week. I want to be completely prepared for these last 2 lifespan exams I decided to avoid lisa arrends & studyguide 101. I found errors and info not in the EC content guide when I was studying for Chronicity. There is alot of info with this exam, but with the required reading and a guide like Saunders we should be fine
From the messages students have posted on the EC EPN, I think alot of people had a harder time with the endocrine system, the related drugs, side effects, etc. than the mental health segment. Good luck! Hoping I can get a date before April 10th, but so far my testing center is booked!!
what saundesr book are you talking about? I would like to get it for my studies?
It's called Saunders Comprehensive Review NCLEX-RN examination, I have the 4th edition, I beleive there is a fifth edition the newer version. It is great content review and detailed. I use it for all my EC exams as well. I purchased mine at Barnes and noble but you can also get it at amazon or on ebay.

I am currently studying ls2. So much material!!! still in behavioral dysfunctions, and haven;t even gotten to the rest yet. OMG. I have found lisa's notes do not follow the study guide like her others, and sg101 is justed packed with info.
Is this the hardiest of all the tests or is it me???
Going to read my saunders now. I hope it helps. Want to nail the behavioral part b/c it is 40% of the exam!!
Any advise???
