I'm an LPN in Indiana who has a probationary license d/t an error I made in 1997. I've completed all of my requirements to have probationary status removed, but I am faced with a dilemma that the attorney I retained has now been implicated in as a possible suspect with corruption with local police officials. So now I am concerned when I apply for removal of my probation that I'm going to get denied or something is going to go wrong. Any suggestions or recommendations?

I would apply for the probation to be lifted as planned. The worst they can do is say no, your lawyers reputation shouldn't be an issue.
