LPN in VA. How to renew an expired licence?

Hello all! I let my LPN licence in Virginia expire in 2004. I would like to have my licence renewed again. Does anyone have any information of the process that I should expect? Or, how I would go about doing it?

Go to Virginia's board of nursing website and or call the BON, as there is usually a process for reinstatement like verifying that you've been practicing nursing in another state, if not then doing an approved refresher course etc. There will be fees and some form of application process most certainly.
